Debra has been involved in the Florida real estate market since the firm's inception. Debra has sold, managed and leased millions of square feet of office, retail and warehouse space. Initially, Mink & Mink, Inc. was employed by two major Florida banks to handle their own internal corporate real estate functions, including site selections, asset sales, facility leasing and management. Since then, several clients have formed joint ventures with Mink & Mink, Inc. for the purpose of acquiring, managing and leasing a commercial portfolio situated in Florida. Her clients represent a broad base of regional and international individual and corporate names. Debra's involvement within the business and political circles on both a regional and statewide level have provided her with the ability to quickly network to provide solutions for her clients. Currently, Debra serves as a member of Government Affairs for BOMA of Florida.
