Tracy was a Managing Director of Regent Financial Services. Previously, he was senior financial advisor for more than ten years with Janney Montgomery Scott in Ft. Lauderdale. He was the senior operating executive for a $14 billon trust and investment division of a regional bank. As President and COO of a publicly traded company, he led its growth in revenue from $6 to $800 million during his eleven year tenure. He has managed corporate turnarounds for venture capital groups and served as the executive director of a quasi-public $300 million venture capital/loan guarantee program designed to spur economic growth of women and minority owned small business.

 

Tracy holds BS and MS degrees from Louisiana State University with majors in management, finance, and accounting. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania Wealth Management Certification Program in 2006, and completed the Harvard Retail CEO Summer Program, the National Trust School at Northwestern University and studied at St Mary Law School in San Antonio, TX. He is a published author in academic and professional publications.
